This was a last add on to our sauces. We wanted to keep the original Louisiana base but put an Island twist to it and decided to look at a Hawaiian mixed Louisiana BBQ sauce that hasn't been seen before. The mango, pineapple, coconut, and Louisiana base sauce come together for a real treat. One recipe that I came up with that my daughters went crazy for was my mac and cheese island burger. I will give recipe out when the recipe portion of site is created.

Guilty Gator is proud to serve you our version of a tropical bbq sauce – Hawaiian Creole. In this sauce, we have brought together a blend of tropical flavors from different cultures cooked them together and added a Louisiana kick at the end. When you try this sauce, you will see the different levels of sweet and tangy with a sudden but not over powering kick of spice at the end.
