New Orleans Blend BBQ Sauce

As a chef, we are always looking to try and create new things. After competing at cook offs and researching the BBQ nation, Louisiana didn't really have it's own version of sauce, that is why I have made several different sauces with a Louisiana touch. That still wasn't enough, believing that a true taste was needed to come from this state and what city better to represent that taste than New Orleans. A true staple of this city is its Chicory Coffee blend used in it's café au lait usually served with a side of beignets which is very popular. The other elements used are an assortment of peppers that are used and grown in the state of Louisiana. This New Orleans blend bbq sauce gives you such a robust smooth taste with heat and just a bit of sweetness that will set your taste buds crazy.
